Recruiters
Paul Lockyer focuses on recruiting salespeople, sales managers, and portfolio specialists who gather assets under management through third party intermediaries or consultants and plan sponsors. Paul also conducts searches for portfolio managers and analysts who employ traditional or alternative investment processes. Prior to becoming a recruiter for asset managers, Paul was President of a Georgia based, publicly traded financial service holding company he founded. In building a company from scratch to one with 110 employees, and three operating subsidiaries, Paul became a champion of revenue producers, which led to his passion for recruiting revenue creators for his clients.
Earlier in Paul’s career he worked with other financial service providers in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Paul holds a BBA in Finance (cum laude) from Temple University in Philadelphia and successfully completed the three year Stonier Graduate School of Banking Program at the University of Delaware.
Pete Asher founded Ridley, James. He specializes in the placement of attorneys and compliance officers for investment companies, investment advisers, broker-dealers and hedge funds. Pete started recruiting with Management Recruiters. Prior to entering the recruiting industry Pete formed and operated a company in New Orleans. Pete attended Tulane University and the University of New Orleans.
